Furniture Removal

Our complimentary FREE pickup service is designed for couches with minor wear and tear that do NOT have any kind of design patterns.

We ACCEPT items with non-permanent stains, pet hair, and minor tears along seams and concealed areas such as the lower back of the sofa. However, furniture exhibiting severe damage such as peeling bonded leather, broken frames, excessive pet urine/smoke smells or permanent stains may incur a fee.

We access each furniture for the following:

• outdated designs
• peeling faux leather
• severe pet damage
• broken frames/large tears/extensive wear
• smoke or pet urine odors
• incomplete sectionals

Base Rates:

• Gently Used: No Charge
• Fair Condition (requires light repair and cleaning): $80 + tax
• Poor Condition or Vintage Design (2-3 Pieces): $175 + tax
• Poor Condition or Vintage Design (4-5 Pieces): $200 + tax
• Poor Condition or Vintage Design (6+ Pieces): $225 + tax

Sectional & Couch Set Removal Pricing:

• Poor Condition or Vintage Design (Includes Built-In Recliner): Additional $75 + tax
• Poor Condition or Vintage Design (Includes Sleeper Sectional): Additional $75 + tax

Add-On Furniture Removal Fees:

• Small Furniture Item: $25 + tax
• Medium Furniture Item: $50 + tax
• Large Furniture Item: $100 + tax (Note: Some add-on items may be waived, such as side tables accompanying a gently used couch pickup.

Distance Charges:

• Pickup within 20 miles of our store: No Charge
• Pickup within 21-25 miles: $50 + tax
• Pickup within 26-30 miles: $75 + tax
• Pickup within 31-35 miles: $100 + tax
• Pickup within 36-40 miles: $125 + tax (Note: Currently, we only offer pickup for gently used sectionals and couch sets beyond 30 miles away.)

Distance fees may be incurred for pickups beyond 20 miles from our store, with rates increasing with distance. However, we can only remove gently used sectionals and couch sets beyond 30 miles.

While we strive for accuracy in estimating fees based on provided images, we reserve the right to assess items upon pickup and apply additional charges if necessary. However, you have the option to reject service if unexpected fees arise.

We aim to offer competitive pricing and will beat the price of any comparable professional service. All fees are non-negotiable, except in cases of price match.

To maintain quality standards, we reserve the right to refuse pickups that pose potential infestation risks after inspection.
